Andy Simms
Co-Founder in 1997. Andy signed and negotiated his first NFL contracts while a law student at Case Western Reserve. Andy oversees all operations at PlayersRep including negotiation of player contracts, marketing opportunities, coordination of financial and tax advice, and all legal services. He is a member of the Ohio Bar Association.

Wesley Spencer
Co-Founder in 1997. Wesley began his agent career in 1995 and continues to assist clients in a variety of ways. In addition to negotiating contracts, he also coordinates all off-the-field ventures, marketing opportunities, and post career counseling for all clients.

Dave Lee
Agent since 2001, Dave joined PlayersRep after working for 2 years with a sports marketing company prior to becoming a certified agent. Initially focusing on marketing and public relations for clients, Dave continues in that role but also has negotiated dozens of NFL Contracts. In addition, Dave is in charge of new client development as he directs/coordinates all player activities leading up to the NFL Draft each year.

Fernando Mack
Agent since 1999, Fernando joined PlayersRep in 2005. His wealth of experience both as an agent and also as an attorney has proven to be invaluable to PlayersRep clients. He is a member of the Ohio Bar Association.

Steve Dorsch
Agent since 2001, Steve has represented several clients including his son, Travis, a 4th round pick by the Cincinnati Bengals in 2002. Steve’s experience in researching and negotiating player contracts provides great benefits to all clients.

Nate Haber
A Cleveland-Marshall College of Law graduate, Nate works on the negotiation of both NFL and AFL player contracts, assists in the procurement of marketing and endorsement deals, and researches player benefits, insurance and all legal issues as they arise.
